AYSO United AZ Cup

As always, the safety and security of players, fans, and referees are paramount in everything we do. An announcement was made that due to the unprecedented temperatures forecast for this weekend, all Open League matches scheduled between 1:30 and 4:30 for this Saturday have been postponed. The AYSO United AZ Cup agrees with this decision and will therefore look to reschedule all matches during this 3-hour window.

Some matches will be moved up to earlier in the day on Saturday, while others may be pushed back to later in the evening. We understand this may cause some inconvenience. Still, I am sure all of you will agree that no soccer match is worth compromising the health and safety of everyone in attendance.

We encourage everyone to take every precaution concerning hydration, shade, sunscreen, cooling towels, or whatever steps you know of to keep yourselves and your players cool.

The tournament staff is aggressively working to create a new schedule, and we ask for your patience and understanding.

AYSO United Arizona is excited to announce our partnership with Keeper Wars Ink for the 2024 AYSO United Arizona Cup at the Arizona Athletic Grounds from September 27 – September 29th, 2024.

During our tournament weekend, Keeper Wars Ink, will be hosting their own National City Tour Event and providing discounts to tournament participant goalkeepers who want to challenge their skills against other top keepers in the region.

What will make these two events even more exciting is our collaboration with Keeper Wars Ink allows participants who are registered with the tournament to get a discount to participate in Keeper Wars.

We believe our relationship with Keeper Wars Ink and the great people at Elite Sports, at Legacy, will make this tournament the go-to tournament of the Fall, in the East Valley.
